QHTML is just copied on my browser

ey i've just picked up HTML and Im still learning the basics. When i open up HTML with chrome + sublime text, every HTML ''code'' (idk how they are called yet) is just copy pasted on my browser instead of ''ordering'' it to write a paragraph, a title ect. Any help?

(English is not my native language so sorry for any mistakes.)

Here is a screenshot. Yes i have saved my changes on sublime, yes i reloaded the page, yes i disabled hide file extension and yes i did name my file with .html at the end. Am i retarded? What am i doing wrong here?
