QVery new to HTML, looking to embed audio playlist

So basically, I've been wanting to make a homepage(Chrome start page, really) for a few years. Once in a while, I'd search around for some kind of GUI that would allow me to create this without doing the code, mostly because before this my only experience with "HTML" was and on places like GameFAQs, 10-15 years ago.

Anyway, I installed the newest Windows 10 so I could get the Explorer dark theme, and decided to just dig my heels in and learn the shit. So far, the page is very simple. I've just a few links to frequent websites, though I may add different elements at some point in the future.

My page is stored locally and will only be accessed locally, so I'm not worried about compatibility or end-users. Right now, I have a Spotify playlist that I want to embed into the page. The playlist is also available on YouTube as a video(24/7 livestream), and Soundcloud, if that matters. If all else fails, I can download the songs individually and make a playlist file.
